PEI U14 Boys 1 - NB 1
Marc Andre Waite was the hero for NB when he scored on a penalty kick to tie the game in extra time.
The tie was good enough to send NB to the gold medal match on Sunday against NS. Melvin Sim-Turay had put the Island squad ahead with 10 minutes remaining. It was a great match between the two teams who were battling for a spot in the gold medal game.

The Island girls played hard and were looking to go into the half time break with a 0-0 draw but two late markers in the 32 and 35th minutes put the NS team up 2-0. The team was unable to recover from the deficit and NS added three more in the second half. Darby Myers pulled back a goal on a penalty kick in the 50th minute.

James Foster scored scored in the 15th and the 1st minute of the second half to secure the victory.
Brandon Howlett scored in the last minute of play to spoil the shutout.

Morgan Browne put NL ahead in the 20th minute before Darby Myers equalled the game just before half on a penalty kick.
It was all NL in the second half with the wind behind their back.
Taeler Kean(37 min.), Nicole Torraville(43 min.) Marjorie Bourdeau(63 min.) and Anna Barry(69 min.) rounded out the scoring.

Alex Dillon had put the Island squad up 1-0 but NB tied it late in the half to send the team into the break at 1-1.
It was all PEI in the second half as they used the wind to their advantage. Yousef Sefau, Donovan Wyand and Jason Poley rounded out the scoring.
