PEISA's Pink Shirt program supports 13- and 14-year-old referees officiating U11 and Grassroots Club games.
In competitive settings, adults can sometimes lose perspective, affecting young referees and players. Protecting these referees is crucial to maintaining a positive environment for all.
If their whistle is green, they are under 18!
